Hello Folks! How are you feeling?
This may have been a rough week for many. It brought fatique, frequent trips to the bathroom, headaches, ear pressure, ear ringing, palpitations, neck aches, hip pain, heightened anxiety, emotional outbursts ie crying, anger, frustration.
Empaths, in particular, have likely been hardest hit, feeling the sorrow, anguish and chaos from around the world, which has made it difficult to keep thoughts organized. There is so much going on that is pulling on their energy.
Taurus (the bull) is a sign that welcomes stability in love, home and money. Is known to be honest, loyal and practical. On the flip side, it is a sign that likes to control, can be stubborn and over-indulgent. Have you ever watched a bull? He commands attention. He struts around, the "ladies" following closely behind, slow moving, until provoked, then look out!
Tension has been building in and on Mother Earth and her inhabitants and it is coming to a head.
Also on April 26/27, Mars = aggression, violence and war, is opposite Pluto = power, world leaders, death and rebirth. It's turbulent!
Plutonium, which is a fuel used for nuclear reactors and in generators for space crafts, is named after Pluto. There could be issues related to these areas. As we move on from this opposition the steady side of Taurus will, hopefully, bring calm, as long as the bull isn't provoked. Hang in there!
Turning the focus inwards could help a lot. Concentrating on the little things that we can control to help us feel grounded and stable.
One thing to look at is how we feel after eating certain foods. If they are giving us indigestion, it is a sign to stop eating them, at least for now, and eat more of the foods that agree with us.
About a week ago I kept getting the message that, "an apple a day keeps the doctor away", so I've been eating one daily. Are you being guided to eat specific foods or take certain vitamins?
During periods of heightened anxiety we often don't do the basic things that help us feel better, ie eat regular meals composed of foods without additives and stimulants; get outdoors; sit under a big tree and read, draw or journal, anything other than scrolling on the phone; lift handfuls of soil or sand then let it fall slowly to the ground, repeating until feeling calmer; get into the shower; be around people who don't trigger anxiety; ask for hugs from loved ones and pets; do a form of meditation; diffuse essential oils ie lavender, rose, geranium, clary sage; drink herbal tea ie chamomile, lavender, rose and watch a favourite series or movie under a fluffy blanket; call a friend or anything else that helps stop the spiralling.
We could experience others trying to control or impose their rules and opinions upon us and vice versa. This won't end well! lol We are unique, sovereign individuals who won't tolerate being pushed around or dismissed. We can choose to walk away or get defensive. Triggers show us which areas we need to heal so bear that in mind if in this situation.
We are witnessing people getting their karma at the moment. We all get it. Good and bad. What we put out, we get back. The message is to be neutral or empathetic, not judgemental or revelling in the fact.
We are also being asked to be patient with ourselves and less critical. Stop beating ourselves up when we make mistakes or handle situations poorly. We sometimes hold on to what we see as our failures, for years. Same old thoughts of failure and shame swimming around in our heads. That exam we didn't pass or that interview we flopped. If we learned from those experiences then the repeating thoughts no longer serve to teach us anything and can be let go.
With everything going on it would be easy to forget about setting new moon intentions and planting seeds for the future. People are weary. I strongly feel there's a need to start afresh and focus on the thing we want most of all then make a plan for how to achieve it. Not a bunch of intentions that we don't have energy for.
When I posted the message for the last new moon, at the end of March, there was a feeling that we were approaching the highest, scariest loop of the wild roller coaster ride that we've been on for the last 5+ years. Well, it feels like we've reached it. We're in it, hanging upside down and screaming but aware that the worst is almost behind us and we are soon to get off.
Some could be getting psychic flashes or glimpses of a bright future on the horizon. There is contained excitement building : )) I can't wait to see what's next!
That's all for this message. I hope it helps some of you, especially, if you're in the thick of the wide range of emotions.
Until next time dear souls, be gentle with yourselves! xoxox
