Hello Folks! How are you all feeling?

Some could be having vivid dreams that stir urgent change. There could be general sleep disturbances and exhaustion; palpitations; sore feet and body aches; digestive upsets; migraines; hot flashes related to the return of solar flares; feeling antsy and impatient. Thoughts could be racing and unclear.

Aquarius is an Air Sign, represented by the Water Bearer and associated with humanitarianism; freedom; rebelliousness; authenticity, they dance to the beat of their own drum; innovation; independence; tolerance and a visionary outlook. Other traits include being obstinate; unpredictable; contradictory, and distant.

The words that came to me for this Full Moon were, "Prepare to rise!" The feeling that came with the words was one of inner power and strength. As we are still in fiery Leo Season, we can expect some to take this to the extreme, positive and negative.

On an individual level, we cqn choose to use this energy to rise above, and eliminate, situations that no longer align with who we are and what we want our lives to look like. This can also mean adding elements to enrich our lives.

We can collaborate with others in business or ways that support each other.

On a broader scale, we can take a stand with others to advocate for reform in areas that deeply matter to us.

We are powerful changemakers!

Ideas could be coming in fast! It's wise to write them down as they will leave as quickly as they came.

We could find ourselves making an effort to be more tolerant.

I was shown people bringing their different cultural dances to the countries they move to. Literally, dancing as they step onto the tarmac, showing everyone what they bring to the table. The conflict, hate and division from their home countries left behind. Because they show up in this way, they are received differently. They are welcomed in.

I am holding onto this vision. I like that world. It feels happy and peaceful.

This August Full Moon is commonly known as the Sturgeon Moon, as there was an abundance of those huge fish at this time, many moons ago. They were a staple for Native American Tribes.

Rituals for this Full Moon could include reflecting on what beliefs, prejudices, thoughts or other heavy burdens can be released to feel liberated?

Where is there resistance to change?

This is a period of expansion. Sometimes that involves letting go of limitations we have placed on ourselves to allow room for it to happen.

That is all that is coming through for this message. I encourage you to look back on the previous few messages as they relate to what is currently happening on our beautiful earth, and tips on how to navigate the changes.

For the last full moon, I was guided to post a photo of a volcano erupting in Russia, wondering if it was a message of things to come. Almost 3 weeks later there was a massive 8.8 earthquake in that region, which led to a tsunami, followed by 7 volcanic eruptions a few days later. One had not erupted for around 500 yrs!

With today's full moon, solar flares, a geomagnetic storm and some planetary alignments in the coming days, all sending their powerful energy our way, it's going to get very interesting!

Until next time dear ones, please look out for each other and take care of yourselves! xoxo

Hello Folks! How are you all doing?

Many could be feeling irritated; impatient with themselves and others; head pressure; dizziness; ungrounded; fatigued; unmotivated; achy limbs; anxious, tense and uneasy, particularly around the uncertainty in the world.

We have entered the fun loving Fire Sign Season of Leo, which is represented by the Lion. For the next month, we could be embracing its characteristics of boldness; strength; courage; walking the talk; independence; confidence; being more kindhearted; and being protective or looking out for others. We could also adopt some of the not so wonderful traits, such as becoming self absorbed; vain; dominant or stubborn. This could put strain on relationships.

If nothing else, we could find a fire lit under us. No more procrastinating. This energy will help us to get moving and get long overdue projects done.

We may also find that there is a dramatic turn of events regarding things that we have been patiently waiting on for a while. This can relate to an unexpected place at a preferred university becoming available; a course that's rarely offered coming up; a promotion opportunity; a surgery; a home finally selling or the ideal new one appearing when you were about to give up hope; the builder you are waiting on gets a cancellation and the reno gets done sooner than expected etc.

There's also a message asking us to take action on the life changes we want, instead of sitting back and waiting for them to show up on the doorstep. We are being urged to seek the opportunities and create the change.

We could witness people getting very fired up and tempers flaring. It could be us, also. It just doesn't feel like those lazy, dog days of Summer are upon us. It feels inflammatory.

I'm feeling strongly that we really need to think for ourselves. Question everything! Do the research, and resist getting caught up in "groupthink" that does not align with our personal values.

Coming together for a common goal can be wonderful but there have been times throughout history when this has been extremely detrimental to human life.

If life feels very unsettled and unpredictable then this message might explain a few things, if you aren't already aware of them. I have shared some of this information in the past but I'm being guided to share it again.

Some of the previous messages illuminate the changes and shifts that Mother Earth is going through. Many of us can feel them beneath our feet, in our bodies and may have received visions of monumental natural events.

When you feel fatigued, have headaches, feel your body vibrating or just feel odd and out of sorts, consider checking Spaceweather.com to see if there was a solar flare. We feel the effects, here on earth, 8-10 minutes later. On the same site you can see if there is a geomagnetic storm expected, among other space events that affect us.

Also, check https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/map/ over the couple of days following your symptoms to see if they coincide with earthquakes that happen around the same time, before or after.

There are several YouTube channels that, correctly, explain the Schumann Resonance, Earth's Hearbeat, and its spikes. Stefan Burns has created a playlist for the topic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1R6wfsssjLg&list=PLmDtCUI1Qi9QcjwR-sx60Hd2HSJLbI0YDThis

Having an awareness of what is happening on our planet can help ease the unsettled feelings. It's just like noticing a migraine coming on before a chinook blows in. We are prepared, and can reach for the Peppermint Oil or oral medication. Sometimes we need to submit and rest.

For the Full Moon message on July 10, I was guided to use a photo of a volcano erupting in Russia, 2012.

Just a couple of days ago a 7.4 earthquake took place a few hundred km's from the same volcano and the aftershocks are still going. Earthquakes can also be precursors to volcanic eruptions and both can cause massive water events ie. tsunamis and floods. History shows that tsunamis have even impacted the UK and Ireland so they aren't things that only happen way over there!

I don't like delivering messages like these because I don't want to put fear into anyone. We are simply being asked to stay informed, have a bag of necessities ready, and heed warnings to move to higher ground, find shelter or evacuate, as things can go awry very quickly.

I can attest to that. I was gardening on July 1, 2023 when I saw the beginnings of a funnel cloud form, then dissipate. When I looked up again it reappeared beneath a cloud formation, bigger, broader and rotating northeastward. I watched and prayed from a distance but was ready to bolt into the basement if its path shifted. It took only 5 mins for a massive EF4 tornado with winds of approx. 275km/hr to form from a harmless looking funnel cloud and rip through nearby farms and properties.

So, with all that said, let's remember, we are meant to be having fun, enjoying the sun, and allowing that solar energy to recharge our batteries, during Leo Season : )

If it's been all work and no play up until now, be sure to plan some activities or a vacation of some sort.

It's a good time to connect with family and friends we haven't seen in a while.

There may be festivals or events to attend around August 1 for Lughnasadh/Lammas, celebrating the first harvest. If there aren't any in your area, you can always honour it in your own way or try what has traditionally been done. Bread baked with the first grain harvest. Corn dollies made from wheat or barley stalks. Harvest suppers prepared with shared homegrown produce. A bonfire to celebrate the fire festival.

New Moon rituals could include some of the activities for honouring the harvest, in keeping with the season. We often repeat the same practices for the New Moon but changing them up to reflect the season could give them more potency, just as a vision board needs updated from time to time.

There's still some time to plant seeds for produce that enjoys the cooler season. Just be prepared to cover them if there's a chance of frost. It will be 6 degrees overnight where I live so just about avoiding frost.

That's all for this message! Not what I was expecting for this jolly, Leo New Moon but the lion energy is protective and looks out for others so it makes sense why it came through.

Until next time dear ones, take care of yourselves and your loved ones. xoxo

Hello Folks!

How are you all doing?

Some may be crying more than usual; feel exhausted; have fluid retention; digestive disturbances; trapped wind; sore feet and hips; racing thoughts; fears arising; difficulty deciding what to eat; and perhaps have a desire to run out the door and head to the mountains or somewhere you haven't been in a while.

Doing the same old, same old just isn't cutting it anymore but many have no idea what to do about that! There's a feeling of wanting to shake off anything that feels outdated or unpleasant. Just like a dog shakes off excess water after a swim. This is a great Full Moon to help us with this.

Concentrating on doing the little things that make us happy is a step in the right direction.

The Earth sign of Capricorn is represented by the Goat. Characteristics include being ambitious; loyal; having need for security and stability; hard working; tolerant; disciplined; can be very funny, and helpful.

Their not so lovely traits can include stubborness; being cold, I mean ice cold; a tendency to be moody; short tempered, and they can hold a grudge forever.

Another big astrological event to mention is the movement of Uranus, the planet of sudden shocks and surprises, into Gemini on July 7. It will leave for a few months, in November, but go back into the sign until 2033. This can bring big, sudden changes to our earth; communication, and society, as people demand change. I feel strongly, that government leaders or people in high positions, could find themselves resigning or pulled from power and powerful corporations could find themselves in hot water.

This a great Full Moon for breakthroughs, aha moments, and manifestation of seeds we previously planted, even some from years ago. Perseverence pays off. If there are dreams or goals that have not manifested, do they need to be tweaked. Are they still relevant for who we are today?

Some may be looking forward to getting a new pet, or two. This could come as a result of moving to a new home or being at home more to take care of one.

Some could literally find the home of their dreams during this time.

Try to be the calm one in the storm. This could involve talking someone out of making a hasty decision that could have serious consequences for themselves or others, particularly where finances are at stake.

We can embrace the grounding Capricorn energy to settle our thoughts and actions when things feel turbulent or we want to be impulsive. Refraining from having that extra coffee will be helpful at this time, as nerves could be sizzling as it is.

Please be careful when driving. People are not concentrating.

I'm being shown a goat, high up on a mountain looking down at the water below, as I type this message. This tells me that some of us need to be prepared to go to higher elevations, and move quickly, like a goat. There have been a lot of tragic events involving water recently and it seems that the waters aren't finished rising yet. We might have a good idea of what do when we hear a fire alarm or when a fire breaks out but how many of us know what to do if caught in a flood situation? I'm hearing 'life jacket' repeatedly. It might not save us from debris injuries in a flood but it does increase the chance of surviving one. Here are a few brief points I've been given to consider:

  1. Get life jackets for each family member and keep them in an easy to reach spot in the home, if living in an area prone to flooding or near a large body of water. Bring them in the car if travelling, along with a kit for breaking car windows and cutting seat belts.

  2. If there's a potential flood alert or flood warning. Please take action to get to higher ground right away, even if alerts are frequent and floods previously didn't happen. These are not like previous times! Have valuables and important paperwork ready to grab and go. Bring decent footwear. Flip flops won't do if needing to run to higher ground. Take a route away from the specified danger area and not towards it in an attempt to beat the flood before it arrives. We have seen how fast the water can rise.

  3. Don't try to cross a flooded area. 6" of moving water can knock an adult over and 12" can carry a car away. 2 ft of moving water can move mid-sized vehicles. This information is taken from https://www.alberta.ca/flood-preparedness

This July moon is also known as the Full Buck Moon because it's the time of year when male deer or bucks' antlers grow. It is also known as Thunder Moon because of the increase in thunderstorms during this month. No matter the name, it's a month of heightened activity and growth. There's a busyness about it. I hope you find time to take a break from it all and create a little ritual that soothes the soul, and maybe the sunburn too.

Until next time my dears, please look after yourselves, in every way. xoxo
